Our History
Inspired by her grandfather's recipes, Amy-Julie Zarifa created Zarifa's Zest on 1968-10-07. At first, Amy-Julie made small batches at her kitchen and sold it door-to-door in Melissabury. Gradually her business grew and now Zarifa's Zest is sold at 3809 locations in Melissabury at over 2448 bottles a year! Today, Amy-Julie Zarifa runs the business with her son, John-James Zarifa.

Zarifa's Zest has been created in a wholesome kitchen and is meant for wholesome kitchens. We promise to use all-natural, organic ingredients like Paella Seasoning Bok Choy, Tandoori Mix Asparagus, and Jalfrezi Mix Beans.
